Fruit Season has begun !

 Our neighbors have a cherry tree.

Motoki visits and comes back with a whole branch that he eats from...

 We're enjoying strawberries now too.

Japan has the most delicious and sweet fruit.

Motoki certainly thinks so.

Last weekend we visited the nearby town of Kurashiki.

This town has a historic district, so it's common to see women dressed in Kimono's and enjoying their culture.

We enjoyed a nice pizza lunch.

Afterwards we visited our friend's salon.

 Mo has been due for a 'cut, but he was concerned that his hair would be too short. 

He wanted to keep his Tarzan/Pirate look!

We had a one week vacation. Despite Motoki catching the Chickenpox. We all had a great time.
